The 1 Hotel & Home South Beach consists of 161 ultra-luxurious oceanfront residences at a wonderfully unique and luxurious property. The formative idea behind the 1 Hotel & Homes is that a desire for a luxury residential experience and the need for an environmentally-sensitive dwelling are not two ideas that are not alien to each other but actually are very compatible. The two paradigms can coexist. And they can coexist in great style. This was the premier location of the 1 Hotel brand, which proved to be a great success for Starwood Capital Group. The hotel company is now building 1 Hotels around the world. At the 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach, the residential interiors are by Deborah Aguiar, while Meyer Davis Studio did the hotel interior design. Both are internationally known leading design firms.

The residential interiors were designed with a rich variety of materials and finishes, an incredible level of detail throughout, and were even fully furnished. The residences include spacious private balconies with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean or Miami skyline, custom Italkraft kitchens with built-in lighting designed by Aguiar, stainless steel appliances by Subzero and Bosch, Grohe fixtures and Kohler sinks, all tied together by white quartz kitchen countertops. Bathrooms are swathed in floor-to-ceiling travertine.

Owners have access to a laundry list of hotel amenities, as well as priority status for hotel reservations at special resident rates and room upgrades. Services include pre-arrival kitchen and pantry stocking and provisions with local organic options, 24-hour concierge, valet, access control, and bellman services, as well as personal shopping and delivery services. At the 1 Hotel & Homes, you have all the amenities of a great hotel at your fingertips.
