About the Building

The Caribbean Condo is a landmark 7-story art deco structure preserved and restored, accompanied by a newer, 18-story contemporary glass tower, built in 2008 and connected to the historic building when the property was converted to condo use by the architect Kobi Karp.

With 104 units total, the project’s interiors were created by famous interior designer Christopher Ciccone, who also happens to be Madonna’s brother.
